Repair coordination for work
A/C Filter change out: HVAC systems are one of the most expensive to repair/replace. We offer a quarterly maintenance program to make sure the filters are being replaced in a timely manner.
Emergency Service can be provided for situations where you are not available or just need a buffer between you and the Tenant.
Tenant Lease Renewal The South Carolina Rental Agreement provides for the lease to go month-to- month if no Renewal has been documented. This allows the Tenant to give a 30-day notice when they want to terminate. You have no control over the timing. By securing a Lease renewal you have the choice of when the lease terminates and may also be able to renegotiate the rental price. We keep track of your lease termination date and send out a letter with your renewal options and assist with the necessary documents.
